Most orders are delivered within 10 minutes after your payment is confirmed. Please log in to the game on the server and character you entered at checkout, and keep an eye on your in-game private messages. Our delivery character will contact you there.
Delivery starts once the payment is confirmed:
Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, iDEAL and Open Banking are confirmed almost instantly.
A SEPA bank transfer can take 1–2 business days to arrive.
Crypto payments (Binance Pay, NOWPayments) are confirmed once the blockchain has validated them.
If you are already in game and haven’t received your Kamas after 15 minutes, press “I’m in game — please deliver my order” on the Order Tracking page or in your account’s order details. You can also contact our Live Support, available 24/7.

How will I receive my Kamas?
You receive your Kamas directly in game. You don’t need to give us your account details. At checkout, choose your server, enter the exact name of the character that will receive the Kamas, and pick a delivery method.
In-game Exchange
Log in to the game with that character.
Our delivery character will send you a private message with the map where the exchange will take place.
Go to that map and accept the trade window.
For your safety, we recommend exchanging a few resources or items with our delivery character during the trade. we will never ask you to send Kamas back. If someone claiming to be Lekamas asks you for Kamas, it is a scam. Contact our Live Support instead.
Auction House (HDV)
List an item (a pet or an insect) for the exact amount of Kamas you ordered.
Important: the item’s stats must be unique. Otherwise the Auction House only shows the cheapest listing, and we won’t find yours. Switch to “Buy Mode” first to check that you can see your own listing.
Send our Live Support 1–2 screenshots showing your character’s name, the item’s stats and your current map.
Your Kamas are delivered as soon as we buy your item.

What if the server is rolled back?
If a rollback removes the Kamas we delivered, we deliver your full order again, free of charge.
