Due to technical vulnerabilities identified by the official Dofus Retro team, a 3-week server rollback has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at 08:00 (Paris time). Server data will be restored to its state as of Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at 09:00 (CET).
As a result, any Kamas purchased during this period will disappear due to the official data reset. Although this force majeure event was not caused by Lekamas and has resulted in significant losses for us as well, we remain committed to our "Customer First" philosophy. To mitigate your losses, Lekamas has decided to launch a special compensation program:
Full Compensation: For impacted Dofus Retro orders placed on or after March 22, we will provide a 100% full refund.
Partial Compensation: For impacted Dofus Retro orders placed before March 22, we will provide compensation equal to 20% of the order amount.
Instructions for Compensation and Usage:
Distribution: Compensation will be credited directly to your Lekamas platform account balance. You can verify the amount of your compensation in the "Your Transactions" section of your account.
Usage: The balance can be used to deduct the cost of your future orders without any restrictions or hidden thresholds.
Non-Registered Users: If you previously placed an order as a guest, please register an account on the Lekamas website first. Then, contact our customer service with your registered email address and the affected Order ID. We will link the order to your new account and process the compensation within 24 hours.
